As the University of Florida prepares business leaders for careers in international management each student can participate in a Global Immersion Experience.

For the second year in a row the University of Florida will highlight Shinetech and meet with two top executives from the company to learn first hand about the company's practices in software outsourcing and unique environment in China. The students will be mentored by the President and Founder of the company and lead in discussion by the Vice President of Business Development.  Shinetech China’s commitment to global business education exchanges shows the importance to the company of enhancing US China business relations between companies and higher education institutions.

The goals of Shinetech are to strengthen the student’s understanding of global business by meeting with a member of their proven successful China management team. And learn the inner-workings of an international company in the country where they operate and have top growth.

Shinetech Attends Agile China 2011 in Beijing.September 9,2011

The sixth annual Agile China Conference (ACC) was held in Beijing, China from September 1st-3rd. China Agile Software Development Alliance (CAA) and ThoughtWorks hosted the conference with approximately 600 attendees. Participants included agile executives, managers, software development practitioners and researchers from various different organizations.

Martin Webster, a senior consultant/ business analyst from Shinetech, and Zhang Yixin, sales executive, also from Shinetech, participated in the event. Shinetech is one of the earliest practitioners of offshore agile development in China and has been honing agile methods within its ODC (Offshore Development Center) model since 2006. Agile practices are a part of the working process within every department and employee of Shinetech. Agile China 2011 provided an open forum for Shinetech team members to meet and work with other agile practitioners within the local business community.
