Shinetech paid $13,000 for a GPS project from a US client.(December 31, 2010)

It is an American AD company, looking at Shinetech to co-develop a GPS navigation system for business and employee management.

After months of collaboration when project nearly completed, the client claimed unsatisfactory with the service. After thorough research and discussion, we decided to quit the project and paid $13, 000, transferring the project to a trusted software company located in San Francisco.

In Shinetech, there are also principles to protect client's benefits, refund is one of them:

  • Cost of the latest iteration (2 weeks at most) or the latest purchase order will be waived if the client is not satisfied with deliverables and claims a refund within 1 week.
In addition to customer driven claims, Shinetech team leaders or account managers can also apply for refunds or free work for clients if he/she experiences problems during the working processes such as poor service level agreement performance, no reports / communications / contact with client for days etc.
